Family Far Away! – Family picture teasers!

How long it took for me to see my family again! :) Totally made a trip out of it though!

Andrew & I flew to Boston on Thursday night of last week for our 5 day trip! In that 5 days, I was able to meet my whole family, except two cousins and one aunt! I was also able to meet an aunt – my fourth aunt Peggy – that I apparently never met before.

You could imagine what people’s reactions were when they saw me. Not only did they only know or remember me when I was 4 years old, I’m now 25 and married. Hahah that probably put them in for a loop, eventhough probably everyone knew I was married, getting married, or have seen my pictures.

It was definitely fun, especially since now i can talk to them because i’m old enough.

So here are some of the family pictures to start… many more to come!

I guess this is majorly a precursor or practice for whats to come, but I’ve realized how much fun it is to capture children…

Next to the pictures of the kids I took during Language Weaver’s beach day, here are some that i worked hard to get… maybe it’s because she could hear the shutter and beeping sound of the camera while she was in the middle of falling asleep across her mom’s chest.. darn Nikon, why couldn’t it be quieter… sigh.. but hey, still I caught her!

Yesterday at the beach event, I got to take some great pictures of the kids! :) They’re so much fun to take pictures of… of course, if you can catch them! But, surprisingly, some children crave the camera.. like this little girl – William’s daughter! These were the two that cooperated with me the most, or at least I was able to capture. Andrew got some of the other kids, I’ll post those ones later and update this post.
